The Chamber will facilitate a Grand Opening on Friday, March 24th at Andrea Noelle's Boutique at 113 SW Park Street at NOON. Andrea and Ricky are looking forward to showing us a variety of the latest trends of women's dresses, jeans, tops, jewelry, and accessories to compliment any purchase.
