About Us

Carpenter Insurance is an Independent Insurance Agency serving Florida since 1935. Carpenter Insurance was founded by Dan Carpenter in 1935 in the small town of Pahokee, Fl. His son Milton joined him in 1950 and later added an additional location in Belle Glade. Peggy Carpenter-Brady, President/CEO & Commercial Accounts Specialist, is the third generation in the family business. Following in her father's footsteps, Peggy opened another location in 2012, right here in Okeechobee.
