Fashionable Afternoon with the Chamber - Wonderland Fashion Show

We are fast approaching the opening of our 3^rd year as the host of A Fashionable Afternoon with the Chamber and this year’s “Wonderland” fashion show will not disappoint.  Four of our sponsors of this year’s show are Remington Real Estate, Walmart, Applebee's and Okeechobee Tin Fish.  This has become an annual event with the sole purpose of promoting our local businesses involved in the Fashion & Pampering sector. Each year local retailers and models of their own choice will participate in a one of a kind afternoon/evening runway show to display some of what Okeechobee has to offer!  Models are from all age categories and genders and family combos are encouraged!   
 
As guests arrive they are greeted by retailers participating in the show as well as a variety of other vendors for you to shop with.  During the intermission we feature our local dance studios to perform some of the most beautiful numbers you have ever seen as our models get ready for the second runway showing.
 
You can’t really have a good show without good food so we bring in the best of the best and their delectable hors d'oeuvres cuisine!  With all of these components we create a show you’ll wish we had every month.   
We are welcoming back The Okeechobee Ballet Company with a full scale Alice In Wonderland Show and a surprise opening number by the group as well.
 A new runway has been laid out for better viewing and easier walk for our models.  Additional help this year comes from the Okeechobee High School Art Class. Mary Casey and students have been busy at work making many of the decorative props for the show.  So, as you can see, we are well on our way to another amazing Fashion show benefiting many of our local businesses.  We love sharing their business with the community. 
Come be a part of this great evening, shop early, enjoy the show on Saturday, February 1^st from 4 – 7p.m. Tickets are now on sale at the Chamber!  $30 for runway seating and $25 for regular seating.
